What do you like to do with your spare time?
Reading and sports
How did you find out about the Arweave permaweb?
I have been watching the Arweave project since early 2018
What piqued your interest in decentralisation and the blockchain space and when?
Smart contracts, early 2017
A few months back, you distinguished yourself as the Arweave puzzlemaster by releasing a number of cryptic puzzles onto the permaweb with an unlockable reward. Have you always crafted your own puzzles, and if so, we’d love to know how you got into this?
I like tangible puzzles, like Hanayama. Then I saw a Bitcoin puzzle on Reddit and I realized that permaweb is such a good place to store puzzles because of the immutable environment. I also see it like a good way to raise awareness about the Arweave project.
Do you plan to unleash more puzzles into the community?
Maybe, if I get ideas.
You also created Chronobot which displays Arweave network statistics, amongst other things. Did you build Chronobot yourself?
Yes, I wanted a tool to see how Arweave nodes are doing and nothing public was available at that time, so I created chronobot.io/arweave
What other communities are you a part of?
Radix
If you could build any dApp, what would it be and why?
I am working on something, but can’t disclose yet.
What does a decentralised future look like to you?
With so many pros and cons, I believe humanity is not ready for decentralization. Definitely an exciting experiment.
